There is a spacious 115 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent on Calle Doctor Esquerdo. The apartment has big windows, that keep it nice and bright, and wood flooring. There is a large, red kitchen that comes equipped with modern appliances. The living room is also a big and open space with plenty of seating and a dining table.
The apartment is located on the border of Salamanca and Fuente del Berro. The surrounding area is known for being elegant with plenty of shopping options and delicious restaurants at nearby Goya. This area is also great if you are looking to live near Retiro Park, about 10 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- You can cool off with the AC in the living room during Madrid's summer months.
- The windows are double glazed blocking out the street noise.
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both exterior rooms.
- You can host big dinners in the dining room or kitchen, equipped with an extendable table.
- The bathroom is spacious and elegant with a double-faucet sink.
- The apartment is surrounded by shops, is near a metro, and is about 10 minutes to the famous Retiro park.
- Bedroom 1 could be used either as a small bedroom, or a study room. The landlady will provide a convertible bed if required.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is currently unfurnished, but the landlady will provide the furniture needed by the tenant.
- The kitchen is not currently equipped, but the landlady will provide cutlery and cooking utensils before move-in.
- Bedroom 3's twin beds are one under the other.
