The apartment's modern ammenities include AC, central heat, a dishwasher, and a TV.
The apartment is located in a commercial area of the Tetuán district, less than 1 minute from a metro stop. Nearby you have a Carrefour Market, Mango Outlet, and a library. You have the best combination of an quiet and interior property with all you basic amenities right outside your door.
What we liked the most
- The living room is spacious and has AC and a TV.
- Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom.
- The shared bathroom has a heating unit – during winter you will be thankful!
- The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
