This apartment is located close to public transport for easy access to the rest of Madrid. Plaza de Aluche, the neighbourhood’s largest shopping centre, is easily accessible and there are multiple restaurants in the surrounding area.
What we liked the most
- The living area is bathed in natural light from the large windows to the courtyard.
- The apartment is nicely decoarated.
- The bathroom is sleek and modern, with a large shower.
- There is a lot of storage space in the kitchen.
- There are multiple supermarkets about 10-minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlord only accepts students or postgraduate students.
- Wi-Fi is not installed. You will need to contact a service provider, which may be difficult without a high level of Spanish. You may want to speak to the landlord before move in.
