This lovely 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the most central part of Madrid. The 55 m² apartment is spread over 2 floors - the lower level is home to the partially equipped kitchen and the living space, and the upper floor is where you will find your spacious bedroom.
The apartment is on Calle Madrazo which is in the very heart of Madrid. Puerta del Sol is about 3 minutes away, and Sevilla Metro station can be reached in 2 minutes. Being in the centre of the city, you're surrounded by amenities, and there are also plenty of cultural and tourist sights too.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has very attractive dark stained wooden staircase and exposed roof beams.
- There is air-conditioning on both levels, ideal in Madrid's hot summer.
- You'll have loads of storage space, so you can keep the apartment from ever feeling cluttered.
- City centre living means that practically anything you'll ever need can be found nearby!
