A sophisticated, luxury 1-bedroom apartment is to rent in Madrid's city centre. The interior is very modern, decorated with furniture and artwork that looks brand new. There is a long living room, which is connected to the kitchen in an open layout. The bed in the bedroom can either be a double bed or can be converted into a set of twin beds. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped; it even has a practical, mini-dishwasher and a great Nespresso coffee machine! A great thing about the apartment is that despite being right in the city centre, there is almost no noise at all!
The 41 m² apartment is on Calle del Desengaño, in the very centre of Madrid. You will be living near everything imaginable; Sol is a few minutes away, Gran Vía is just around the corner, and the popular Malasaña neighbourhood is a few steps from the apartment. Also, you can walk to the famous Retiro Park in about 18 minutes!
What we liked the most
- The apartment has a state-of-the-art, mini dishwasher!
- The kitchen has a great Nespresso coffee machine - ideal for early morning starts!
- AC units are spread throughout the property - a must for summer.
- The property has plenty of storage space.
- The bed can either be a double bed, or it can be converted into a set of twin beds.
- There is a new refrigerator with a freezer!
- This apartment is in the very centre of Madrid - next to Gran Vía and a few minutes from Sol.
- Retiro Park is about 18 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an interior apartment, despite being right in the city centre, you won't be disturbed by street noise!
