This 2-bedroom apartment in Tribunal opens out onto a terrace offering stunning city views. The spacious 95 m² property receives plenty of natural light and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living area with TV, and a modern bathroom.

The apartment is located close to Plaza Dos de Mayo, one of the most important landmarks in the neighbourhood of Malasaña. This area is considered one of the best to live in Madrid and is home to some of the best restaurants and bars in town.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is beautifully decorated using colourful and unique furniture and artwork.
  • The terrace has a table, chairs and an awning that will allow you to enjoy a meal outdoors in all weather.
  • There are AC units in both bedrooms and the living area.
  • The kitchen comes with all that you need to cook and also offers good storage.
  • The apartment is in a picturesque area, surrounded by boutiques, cafes and elegant shops.
