A very spacious and well kept 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Los Cármenes area of Madrid. There's a big kitchen with a utility area, a huge living room with full-length windows and gorgeous parquet flooring, a nice-sized bathroom, and 3-bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The best feature? There's access to swimming pool!
You are in peaceful Los Cármenes, close to the San Isidro park, Madrid Río, metro line 6, and a Cercanías station. The enormous Casa de Campo park is also nearby.
What we liked the most
- Swimming in the pool in the summer.
- We love the real parquet flooring.
- The apartment overlooks a park and is very quiet.
- There's a huge amount of space!
