Most of the furniture is white and minimalistic, to accentuate the brightness of the interior. The apartment has a large living room with a balcony, and a small, yet fully equipped kitchen.
This property can be found on Calle Tetuán, it would be difficult to find an apartment in a more central location. Sol, the geographical centre of Madrid and Spain, is just 2 minutes away, and other popular neighbourhoods including Malasaña and La Latina can be reached on foot. There are plenty of museums, cafés, shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity.
