This 1-bedroom apartment is cosy, modern and well furnished with everything you need feel at home as soon as you move in. The kitchen / living area have a sofa and dining table, and a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen has plenty of storage space, an electric stove and a microwave, plus a washing machine. The bedroom has a single bed, and a large, built-in wardrobe and desk. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom and has a spacious standing shower.
In the heart of the vibrant and multicultural Lavapiés, this apartment is in a brilliant location. The narrow streets possess an authentic Spanish atmosphere, and there are thousands of bars, tabernas, and restaurants within a few minute's walk away. For local amenities you won't need to go far either – there is a Día grocery store just a few doors down the street. Mercado de Antón Martín is also a short distance away, and is a great place to try find out about food and fashion trends, and have some drinks with friends.
What we liked the most
- This is a cosy but modern apartment, that has everything you need for a comfortable life.
- All of the fittings are new, and the apartment is carefully designed to maximise space.
- You will be living in one of the coolest areas of Madrid, surrounded by great culture and even better food!
- This is a great location from which to explore the city, just a short walk away from many things to see, including the world famous Museo del Prado.
