A chic 1-bedroom apartment near a metro station is available to rent in trendy Argüelles, Madrid. The property is bright and spacious, and it has a lovely modern decor. The property has an open living room / kitchen, which is comfortable for day-to-day living or for hosting guests. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a small electric stove, a microwave, a large stainless steel fridge, a toaster, a kettle, a table with chairs, a small bar area, and a combination washing machine / dryer. The bathroom is is modern and clean, and it has a sizable glass shower. The bedroom is cozy, and it has a double bed and lots of storage space.
Argüelles is one of the most popular neighborhoods in Madrid. Home to the Universidad de Comillas, Argüelles is known for its excellent shopping areas and for its close proximity to the Madrid city center. Argüelles is also conveniently located next to several of Madrid's most trendy neighborhoods, including Malasaña and Chueca, giving residents an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and boutiques to try.
What we liked the most
