A modern, 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in central Lavapiés, Madrid. The apartment, which has been recently renovated, is very spacious. The kitchen has brand-new appliances, including a microwave, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and a small fridge. The bathroom, which is also new, has a top-loading washing machine and some storage space. The property also has an AC / heating unit in the bedroom area.
Lavapiés is one of Madrid's most central, trendy neighborhoods. Full of eclectic restaurants, unique shops, and lots of bars, Lavapiés is one of the most exciting and culturally diverse districts of Madrid. Lavapiés, while within walking distance of most major landmarks, sights, and shopping areas, is also well connected to other points in the city by public transportation.
What we liked the most

- While the apartment doesn't receive much natural light, there are LED lights outside that simulate the natural light progressions of the day.
