This 5-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Moncloa, close to Ciudad Universitaria. The apartment has 2 bathrooms to share between bedrooms 2-5, as bedroom 1 has its own ensuite shower room. All 3 bathrooms have shower cubicles, washbasins, and toilets. The apartment has a living area with a sofa and huge wall-mounted TV, plus a large dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven and stove, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It includes lots of storage and preparation space.
The apartment, whilst not quite in the city centre, is in one of the more bustling areas of the city, surrounded by plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. It is also very close to Ciudad Universitaria, which is within just a 10-30 minute walk, depending on where you need to be.
What we liked the most
- We love the large and fantastically equipped kitchen.
- 2 full bathrooms between 4 bedrooms, and another bedroom ensuite! No fights for the shower in the morning in this apartment!
- The proximity to Ciudad Universitaria makes this apartment ideal for students.
- The area is full of bars and tavernas, meaning you won't have to trek very far for a night out.
