A bright 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in popular Rios Rosas, Madrid. The kitchen has everything tenants might need, including a stove, an oven, a large fridge-freezer, cutlery and plates, a microwave, and a washing machine. The living room is spacious and has nice parquet floors, a dining table with chairs, 2 couches, and big windows with a great view of the courtyard. The bathroom has a big, modern shower and plenty of storage space.
The Rios Rosas / Cuatro Caminos neighborhood is known for being a well-connected, upscale part of Madrid. Located nearby several universities, Rios Rosas is perfect for students or Erasmus who want to live nearby a campus. Rios Rosas / Cuatro Caminos is also fairly central, and it is easy to walk into the most popular, trendy neighborhoods and tourist hotspots.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very spacious and bright.
- There are lovely wood floors throughout the property.
- The apartment is located in the popular, central Chamberí neighborhood near many universities and student hotspots.
- There is a gorgeous view of trees and greenery from the living room window.
- Both bedrooms in the apartment are spacious and have 2 twin beds, which is perfect for any type of tenant.
