This cozy and chic 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Tetuan district of Madrid. Tetuan is a diverse neighborhood, full of small shops and great ethnic restaurants. Very close to the property you will find a supermarket and a metro stop, and the business district along Paseo de la Castellana is only 15 minutes away on foot.
The apartment features parquet floors and comfortable, stylish furnishings throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom and living room fill the apartment with light. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, washing machine, small appliances, and breakfast table.
