This 21m2 studio apartment for rent is located on the ground floor and is handicap accessible. The studio has large windows all around, which keep it sun-filled during the day. The apartment is furnished with a double bed sofa bed, dining room table, built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Despite being a studio, this apartment offers a spacious environment.
Ecully is a small town right next to Lyon. A lush suburb, its streets are lined with trees and provide a very peaceful atmosphere. The neighbouring arrondissement is Vaise, which is home to many small business and shops. In the Vaise district, you can also find the IDRAC Business School Lyon Campus and School of Communication ISCPA.
What we liked the most
- The studio is located in a very quiet and peaceful suburb, surrounded by lush greenery.
- If the surrounding trees are not enough, Parc du Vallon is a short walking distance away.
- The bathroom is large with plenty of storage space and comes with a bathtub and towel dryer.
- The studio is only a 2-minute walk from a bus that takes you directly to the city center.
