This apartment is located on the second floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has electric whole house heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack inside the floor. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and is activated. There is an additional charge of €1.10 per person per night for city tax.

This 44 sqm apartment is situated in the more modern Confluence region of Lyon. Confluence sprung up in what used to be Lyon's industrial district and now is full of modern buildings and shopping centers. The area is perfect for any students, professionals, or couples who want experience a more contemporary side of Lyon. The apartment itself is fitted with modern furniture and appliances, yet is decorated to with a luxurious aesthetic. Inside you have a spacious living area with a comfortable leather couch, a coffee table, and a TV. Next to the living area there is modern kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Then you have the bedroom which is decorated beautifully and has a view which allows for plenty of natural light. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has its own en-suite bathroom. The apartment also has a small storage area with a washing machine and a second toilet room.
What we liked the most
- Being one of the most modern areas of Lyon makes Confluence the perfect place for any young professionals or Students. The local shopping centers will ensure you always have everything you need.
- The apartment is beautifully designed. It has the perfect mixture between modern and luxurious.
- The bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom.
- The apartment comes with a washing machine and a rack for drying your clothes.
- Electricity, water, Wi-Fi, heat, bed linen, and towels are included in the price of the rent.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator.
- The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, however it does have a microwave with an oven function.
