This 60m2, 2-bedroom apartment offers freshly painted walls and elegant decor. The living room is quite spacious and opens up to a balcony that has great views of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is 1 bathroom to share.
Villeurbanne is a great area for those of you who want a relaxing quiet neighbourhood, but still want to be close to the city centre. There is a metro stop only a 1-minute walk away and the surrounding area has plenty of corner shops.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, and a double sink.
- The rooms are all very spacious and have large windows, which let in the light.
- The apartment has freshly-painted walls, elegant indoor lighting, and polished wooden floors.
- There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet room.
- Villeurbanne is a more residential area, but still very close to Lyon city center.
Things to keep in mind
- The sofa is a love seat, only for 2 people.
- The kitchen does not have an oven.
