Our studio rooms are perfect if you are looking for more privacy. You will have your own en-suite bathroom and fully fitted kitchen, as well as a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, plenty of additional storage for your belongings, and a Wi-Fi connected study space.

Just three minutes’ walk from Bethnal Green London Underground station and only 20 minutes from vibrant Shoreditch, the building is the perfect choice for student accommodation in London.
Home to 306 students, all rooms at the building come with their own private bathroom. If you choose an en-suite room, you’ll share your kitchen and lounge with flatmates. For an individual flat where everything is just for you, choose a studio.
Away from your room, there’s a quiet study area with desks and chairs, and a common room furnished with sofas and a TV, table football, pool and ping pong. Your secluded outdoor courtyard has picnic tables, deckchairs, and a super-sized chess set - ideal for the summer.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
