This 1st floor studio flat for rent on Auriol Road has a fairly large window that overlooks the patio garden. The space is a bit tight, but perfect for one or two people. At the front door, you’ll find areas to put your shoes and hang your coats or other items. Just to the right of the door is the bathroom, which also has a window and a shower stall. The open-concept flat has a wood floor and is furnished with a bed that has drawers underneath. The bed can serve as a sofa or a single bed, and it can be pulled out to a double, too. On the opposite side of the room is the one-wall kitchen. It’s not fully equipped, but it’s ready to go when you are!
Your new home is located in the artsy neighborhood of Hammersmith. Riverside Studios is less than a 20-minute walk from your apartment. Lyric Hammersmith Theater and Eventim Apollo concert hall can both be reached within 15 minutes. There are plenty of other things to do here, though. You can join the PureGym, for example. You can also head to the nearby Holland Park for a stroll, or visit the Design Museum. Grocery items can be picked up at the Tesco Express around the corner. There are also several restaurants in the area for when you feel like dining out.
What we liked the most
- The studio flat has a window with a lovely view overlooking the patio garden.
- Around the corner are a couple of terrific pubs where you can grab a pint and a bite to eat.
- Although the Tesco Express is closer, you can reach the Tesco Superstore in just 15 minutes.
- For live music nearby, you can head to Nell's Jazz and Blues venue. It’s a 5-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no kitchen in this property, so you may have to invest in a small fridge and a hotplate, at least.
