This 3rd floor studio flat to rent on Hallam Street is ideal for students and post-grads. The flat itself is cosy and caters to all of your living needs. As soon as you open your front door, you enter into the kitchen. It isn't huge and it's not fully equipped, but once you bring in a few pots and pans, you'll have all you need. The bathroom is located here, too. It has a tub and a washing machine, which is convenient. The main space has a hardwood floor and a huge window. This is definitely a bright flat, and fairly roomy for the city. It’s furnished with a sofa bed, desk and chair, shelving, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a double bed. There are also 2 closets where you can store your clothes and other items.
You’re close to everything you could want in the City of Westminster. It’s a half-hour walk to the city centre. You’re less than 15 minutes away from the University of Westminster, University College London, and the London College of Fashion. You’re close to popular tourist sites, including Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum. Cafés, pubs, and restaurants are all around. You can escape into the Regent's Park for a peaceful stroll. It’s less than 10 minutes away. And there is a Tesco Express and other markets nearby.
What we liked the most
- The flat is fairly spacious for a studio, and there is a washing machine.
- You can get to downtown in less than half an hour.
- You’re within walking distance of a few colleges and universities.
- Everything you could need or want is within reach living here.
