The Collective Old Oak is a co-living space designed for those who want to make the most of London life. In this self contained studio you have a double bed, TV, desk, cupboards and a small sink with microwave, stove top and kettle. The bathroom has a shower unit, with well lit mirror and toilet. For everything else, you have access to a large communal area - kitchen, laundry room, break out area, games room, roof top garden and more!
Willesden is an affordable and pleasant neighborhood. Close to the studio, there is SimplyFresh Old Oak Convenience Store and The Common Restaurant is also right next door. All within a few minutes walk, you have plenty of bars, pubs and transports.
What we liked the most
- This place has a cleaner every two weeks so you don't have to bother doing any cleaning at all.
- The rent covers all bills. There is nothing more to pay.
- There is a communal living room, dining room, laundry room, study room and onsite gym.
- The place has a community feel and staffs are on hand to help.
Things to keep in mind
- The dishwasher and ovens are in the common shared area.
- The TV inside the room has no TV license.
