This cosy studio flat has a private garden area with a table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy a bit of fresh area in the privacy of your own home. There is a line in the garden where you can dry your clothes. It has a single bed and a standalone wardrobe where you can store your belongings. A tall window located just above the bed offers plenty of bright, natural sunlight to spill into this lovely studio flat.
You are very well-located here, with access to the District Line Overground in just 5 minutes walking. Directly across the street you will find a pub, as well as a food and wine shop. Walk a couple of minutes south to King St. and enjoy a variety of different restaurants to choose from. If you feel like getting out and enjoying a bit of green space, you will find Ravenscourt Park is just a few minutes away on foot, practically across the road.
