A cosy studio flat is available to rent in West Kensington, in Zone 2 London. The flat is structured so that you have two levels, one for the kitchen, bathroom and living room and one for the bedroom, giving you that little extra privacy. The kitchen comes fully equipped and ready to use, all that is missing is you. the living room area has a sofa which doubles into a bed, great for having guests over. The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and throughout the property there is plenty of space for storage, meaning keeping your new home tidy and organised won't be a problem.
The property is located on Fairholme Road in travel card zone 2 London. The nearest London Underground Station is West Kensington, which is a 5-minute walk from the property and is connected to the District line, meaning you have great connections with the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom has it's own floor, meaning you can have the appropriate space that you don't normally get with a studio flat.
- The kitchen is already fully equipped and ready to use, all that is missing is you.
- There is a sofa bed so guests have a comfy place to sleep.
Things to keep in mind
- The staircase is right next to the bed, so be careful.
- The washing machine and dryer are not in the flat and are in a common laundry room.
