This modern studio flat with a double bed in a mezzanine bedroom is available to rent, a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia station. The studio is bright and spacious, with a large living area that has a sofa and TV by the pay window. The mezzanine level is raised above the kitchen, which is fully-equipped and includes a washer/dryer. The bathroom is very stylish and has a large shower. The studio has underfloor heating.
The apartment is in a quiet, affluent area of the city, popular with families, and is mostly residential. However, Kensington Olympia Station is just a minute's walk, with quick access to other areas of London. The nearest shopping is at West 12 shopping centre, about a 15-minute walk, there is also a large supermarket here, and a further 5 minutes' walk will bring you to Westfield London, the 2nd largest mall in the UK (also just one stop away on the Overground)
What we liked the most
- The studio is very bright and extremely spacious for its size.
- Everything in the apartment is clearly newly renovated, clean and well-designed.
- We love the exposed brickwork in the kitchen.
- It's great to have a washer and a dryer.
- You couldn't live much closer to a station, very convenient for commuters.
