A charming studio flat is for rent in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea, near Notting Hill and Hyde Park. This property is exceptionally cosy, designed in an open-plan layout and fitted with state-of-the-art, space-saving furniture. For example, the partially equipped kitchen has doors to conceal it, and the bed is situated on a height-adjustable platform. –This property is located in one of the most coveted and prestigious neighbourhoods in London. The famous Notting Hill area is close by and tenants can walk to Hyde Park – a large open space which hosts a series of popular events in the spring and summertime.
What we liked the most
- Tenants will have access to a washing machine and a dryer – these can be found in a common laundry room.
- The kitchenette is in a wardrobe-style cabinet, so it can be concealed if necessary.
- The main room has a large, mirrored wardrobe – you can take your clothes from the wardrobe and try them on in front of the mirror!
- The bed is situated on an elevated platform – you can adjust its height to make it higher or lower.
- The bathroom has a hydromassage bathtub – a rare luxury for properties in central London.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen area does not have an oven, but does have a fully functioning electric stove and a microwave.
