Set in an incredible Zone 1 location, next to London’s finest attractions, the building is ideal if you’re studying at London South Bank University - the campus is just a five-minute walk away. And it’s just 11 minutes on foot to King’s College London Waterloo Campus.

All rooms have private bathrooms. If you choose an en-suite room, you’ll share your kitchen and lounge with flatmates. Choose a studio if you would like to have your own kitchen instead.

With just 146 rooms, the building is one of our smaller student accommodation options in London. The common room has sofas and a TV, and there’s a separate study room too. But the 7th floor roof terrace is the star of the show, with breathtaking views of the city.

Based here in Waterloo, you’re perfectly placed for the London Eye, the South Bank, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, and other iconic London sights. Waterloo Station is a seven-minute walk away, with connections for the Northern, Bakerloo, and Jubilee lines.
