There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Portland Street in Southwark. The hallway leads to the right upon entering the apartment and has access to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has wooden floors and is quite spacious. The toilet is separate from the bathroom in it's own room. Next to that is the bathroom which has a bath/shower, sink and mirror.

This apartment is located in a very nice area with small parks nearby, as well as being a short walk to Walworth Rd High street which has a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and necessary shops.

What we liked the most

  • There is an elevator in the apartment so it makes it easier to access the apartment which is located on the 3rd floor.
  • The kitchen is very well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need to cook.
  • There are lot of cupboards in the kitchen to give each tenant the space to store their food.
  • There are cute coffee shops in the area, a good place to catch up with friends.
  • There are 4 different supermarkets on the high streets that give you more choice of where you want to buy your groceries!

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no living room in this apartment however the kitchen has a dining table at which you could socialise with flatmates.
  • There is no AC in the apartment so a fan or portable unit may need to be purchased for summer months.
