There are rooms for rent in this 8-bedroom, 3 storey house on Gayville Rd, Clapham South. On the ground floor, a corridor leads to the kitchen at the back of the house. The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. There is one bathroom located on the ground floor with toilet, sink and bath/shower and another similar bathroom on the first floor, next to a separate toilet room.

This house is located in a beautiful, green part of south London. It is between Wandsworth Common and Clapham Common a lovely place for walking, jogging or having a picnic in the summer. The area is very residential with local pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
  • The kitchen has access to a small courtyard garden with a lot of greenery.
  • There is a small antique market up the road from this house.
  • If you like to keep fit, there is plenty of parks to run in or a gym connected to Wandsworth Common station, a 12-minute walk away.
  • There is a dishwasher in the kitchen to help keep things as clean and tidy as possible.

Things to keep in mind

  • This house is 3 stories with no elevator to the upper levels, which may be difficult for some people.
