This 5-bedroom house with rooms to rent on Edric Road is on a peaceful residential street. The front door opens into a hallway that leads to a staircase. There are hooks near the door where you can hang your coat. Upstairs, you’ll find a shower room and a full bathroom with a tub and a toilet. Downstairs, you’ll come across another toilet room. On this floor, there is a shared living room that has a dining table, sofa, armchair, and 2 large fridges. The kitchen is roomy, has lots of storage, and includes a washing machine. Lastly, there is a back garden with a barbecue.

Your new home is in Lewisham in southeast London. You’re well connected to the rest of the city by the four rail lines, as well as buses. You’re in a quiet residential area near Bridgehouse Meadows and Brimmington Park. Along New Cross Road, which is around the corner, you’ll find a number of restaurants and a few pubs. There is also an Aldi supermarket along this road. Musicians can take advantage of Music Room London, which is 5 minutes away. Artists can enjoy a visit to the Goldsmiths Centre for Contemporary Art.
