This 6-bedroom flat with rooms to rent on Wards Wharf Approach is on the 7th floor. It’s a modern building with an elevator. There is one shared bathroom in the flat. The only common area is the kitchen. It’s very large with tons of counter and cupboard space. It has a dishwasher and is furnished with a table and chairs. It isn’t fully equipped, so you’ll have to provide your own cutlery and dishes. It does, however, contain all of the major appliances. Additionally, there is a washing machine on the premises.
Your new home is in Beckton and it’s a fantastic spot in London. You’re only 5 minutes away from Thames Barrier Park, and just 2 minutes away from the river. The London City Airport is just 5 minutes away. The University of East London Docklands Campus is a 20-minute bus ride out. Nisa Local convenience store is a few minutes away. The larger Abi Global Foods is closer to the London Royal Docks, which is a 10-minute bus ride from your door. You’ll find a few neighbourhood coffee shops and restaurants nearby, too.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washing machine on the property.
- You’re living on a little peninsula on the Thames, which is cool.
- There are lots of clubs, bars, and restaurants at the O2, which is a 20-minute Metro ride away.
- The neighbourhood has a real charm, and lots of cafés and pubs to call home.
