Spotahome's opinion
This 3-bedroom flat with rooms to rent on Malvern Road is on the 1st floor. However, once you enter the private space, you’ll have to walk up another flight of stairs. The entrance hall has a set of hooks for your coats and the 1st floor has a small toilet room. Up a second, but shorter flight of stairs is a 3-seat dining table. The bathroom is narrow, but has a sink and a tub. The kitchen is the only additional shared space. It has a large window and gets ample light. Counter space is limited, but there is plenty of storage room. It’s fully equipped with dishes and cookware, and it has a gas stove, as well as a washing machine.
Queen’s Park is a charming suburb with lots of character and tons of green space. The actual park after which the neighbourhood is named is a 15-minute walk from your new home. However, Paddington Recreation Ground is slightly closer. Inside this park, you’ll find an outdoor gym and a café in the centre. There are other cafés and plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area, too. Students will enjoy being within walking distance of the London School of Journalism. And the National Algerian Centre isn’t far, either.

What we liked the most
- The kitchen is spacious and it’s great to have a washing machine and little dining area.
- You’ll find lots of outdoor activities and a couple of seasonal festivals too.
- There are a lot of yoga studios in the neighbourhood.
- Close to Queen’s Park there is a food mart and numerous restaurants.
