This lovely house has everything you need to feel right at home as soon as you move in. Its cosy living room opens right up to the a large enclosed courtyard which is just perfect for relaxing over a glass of wine or enjoying a cookout with friends. It's fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of storage, and comes with a table and chairs so that you can share a meal together.
Located in the Plaistow neighbourhood of the borough of Newham, you will be living in a community-oriented area with plenty of parks nearby, such as Plaistow Park (7 minutes), Hermit Road Recreation Ground (9 minutes), and Memorial Recreation Ground (13 minutes). It's in the perfect location for a quiet, peaceful stay.

- The courtyard has so much potential, especially in the summer! Imagine grilling up some food with friends.
- The living room is inviting and bright. Perfect for lounging or reading a book.
- The kitchen has amazing windows that let in a ton of natural light!

Homely, well managed house share with decent people and minimal fuss. Good contract setting up clearly the tenancy, a reliable deposit protection service and the guaranty offered by the agency registered with a consumer redress scheme. Your housemates will be mostly professionals between 22 and 28 years old from Western Europe and the UK (75%), Canada, New Zealand/Australia (15%), Japan (5%), and the rest: Eastern Europe, South America, Africa and Asia (4%), USA (1%).
Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedback on the friendliness of our house shares. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'. Beddings are not provided, only a mattress protection cover that helps to keep your mattress clean and fresh.
