There are rooms to rent in this cozy 6-bedroom, 1-bathroom house on Claremont Road in Newham with a live-in landlord. This house has a modern, well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, where the garden can also be accessed. The bathroom can be found upstairs, and is similarly modern.
Wanstead Flats is just a half hour walk away, so there is plenty of space to explore and enjoy the sun nearby. There are also several shops and restaurants around the corner on Green Street. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is also easily accessible by bus.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern with shower over bath, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- Parking is available.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
