The rooms for rent in this 3-bedroom flat on Shirland Road are in a peaceful neighborhood. Aside from a common bathroom, the only other shared space is the combined kitchen and dining area. Everything is modern and stylish and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are wood floors, and a small step between the two areas. The dining space is furnished with a glass table and 6 contemporary bucket chairs, where you can entertain or watch the flat screen TV that’s affixed to the wall.
The City of Westminster neighborhood offers a lot of sightseeing, but your apartment is located a little off the beaten track. You won’t have to worry about tourist traffic, but Abbey Road Studios is just 20 minutes away. When you want to get away there is ample green space all around. The Paddington Recreation Ground is just a 4-minute walk away, for example. The area is largely residential, but you’ll find a few cafés and restaurants nearby, and there is a London Fruit and Veg market within a 12-minute walk.
