Rooms are available to rent in this 4-bedroom flatshare with large shared living spaces where you can get to know your new flatmates. The flat has a large living room and kitchen, and has a bathroom with a shower above the bathtub, along with a washbasin and toilet, and also has a separate shower room. The flat has modern fittings and wooden floors throughout. The large living room has leather sofas a large TV, and a balcony which overlooks the quiet street. The kitchen is very well equipped, including a washer-dryer, and has a dining table.
The flat is on a quiet cul de sac in the heart of Putney, very close to the high street. There are lots of small local shops within a couple of minutes walk, and larger stores are within 5-minutes. There are also bars, cafes and restaurants, and a multi-screen cinema. You will also live less than 30 minutes' walk from the University of Roehampton, and a short train journey from Waterloo in central London, making the location ideal for students or professionals.

What we liked the most
- The location is ideal for students or professionals, quieter and cheaper than living in central London, but within very easy reach of Universities or offices.
- Richmond Park, one of the largest parklands in London, and a lovely place for a walk in the sun, is just a short bus ride away.
- The flat is very well equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine/tumble dryer combo.
- There is a separate shower room in the flat which will help avoid fights for the bathroom in the morning!
