Rooms are available in an attractive mid-terrace house with a garden in Walthamstow, close to the main North Circular road. The tenants share a kitchen with all you need to cook a meal. On fine days, you could head out into the garden for alfresco dining or reading. It's lovely for a property to have private outside space to enjoy after a day working or studying in London. The bathroom and rooms to rent are upstairs while the landlord has a room downstairs. This is a lovely property in East London with its own quirky character plus being just 40 minutes to Central London.
The property has several schools nearby plus you can walk to Waltham Forest College in 13 minutes. Hop on the bus or enjoy a half-hour stroll to Walthamstow market - said to be the longest outdoor market in Europe! Supermarkets, including Tesco Express, are 10 minutes away by the bus stops or on the way home from Wood Street station. Football fans could head to The Arsenal Football Club Youth Academy Ground by the North Circular Road, which is 17 minutes away, or cheer on Waltham Forest FC, 10 minutes away.
