The rooms to rent in this 5-bedroom duplex on Ibsley Gardens have access to all the amenities you need to make it your home. As soon as you step into the front door, you’ll find the first of two shared bathrooms. This one is small but has a shower stall and a window that lets in light, which opens up the space. The second bathroom, on the second floor, is more spacious and includes a bathtub. Back on the ground level and at the end of a short hallway, you’ll find a the shared kitchen with a 4-seat dining table and sliding doors that lead to a large wooden patio with chairs, where you get some fresh air. There are plenty of small appliances in the kitchen, along with an oven and stove top, a washer and dryer, cupboard space and two fridges.
Within a 30-minute drive to the center of London, Putney Heath is a quiet neighborhood full of green spaces. You could nickname it sports central, because there are certainly enough venues. If you're the athletic type, you’ll always be able to find a friendly game of football or lacrosse during the winter or cricket in the summer at Roehampton Playing Fields. However, many locals also come here to do group aerobics or to work out with a personal trainer. Tennis fans will love being a 10-minute drive from Wimbledon, but the National Tennis Centre is even closer. For academics, this is the perfect place to live if you’re attending Roehampton University, because you can walk there within 20 minutes!

- The large wooden patio is pretty cool and it will be great having breakfast out there in a warm summer morning.
- The neighborhood is one of the best in London to find open green spaces and fresh air.
- There is a centre, field and court for every imaginable popular British sport.
- The flat is within a 30-minute drive from downtown London, with each access to the motorways.
- It’s near Roehampton University, and only a few minutes walk to Whitelands College.
