The ground floor apartment has been fully renovated and has a spacious and clean bathroom and a combined kitchen and living room. The kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and a cozy couch. There is wood flooring throughout and all the rooms have street or courtyard views, which keep them sunny and fresh.
On Josephine Avenue, the apartment is located in a very convenient residential and commercial area. You are moments away from Brixton Hill, which is lined with cafes, grocery stores, and international restaurants. The area is growing in popularity with a lively nightlife and several art and music venues. When you need to get around London you are well-connected by both the Underground and railway.
