There are rooms to rent in this spacious 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at Cubitt House in Lambeth. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has an oven, full-sized refrigerator and a 4-burner stove, and has plenty of room for tenants to share. The bathroom is well-kept with a shower over bath, sink with storage and a large mirror. The property also has a washing machine for your laundry needs.
There are a few restaurants and shops surrounding this apartment, and a supermarket only a 10-minute walk away. Clapham South tube station is close by, serving the Northern line, and Clapham Common is 10 minutes away, while the O2 Academy in Brixton is only half an hour by bus.
What we liked the most
- There is a bar with some chair in the kitchen, so you can sit down for a home cooked meal.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The toilet is separate from the bath and shower, for added convenience.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The New Covent Garden Market is just over half an hour away by bus.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
