There are rooms to rent in this tidy 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on Innes Gardens in Putney. With a generous 63 m² footprint, which includes an equipped kitchen with oven and 4-burner stove, as well as 1 complete bathroom and an additional separate toilet and shower, this apartment has everything you need.
This apartment opens on to a common courtyard, and is opposite Putney Heath, while Richmond Park is also within a half-hour walk, so there are plenty of spaces to relax or get some exercise. There are a few restaurants and shops along Roehampton Lane, including a supermarket, so all the essentials are within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- 1 bathroom has a shower over bath.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The University of Roehampton London is only a 20-minute walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- The balcony can only be accessed through Bedroom 3.
