There are rooms to rent in this tidy 7-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on Churchill Road in Brent Park. With a generous 115 m² footprint, this house has a modern, large kitchen with all the essentials, as well as a private garden. There are 2 modern bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.
There is a supermarket just a quick 6-minute walk away, as well as several cafes and shops. Gladstone Park is a 20-minute walk away, as is Roundwood Park so there is plenty of room to exercise or relax in the sun. The Neasden Recreation Ground, and Brent Resevoir is a little further away, at a 40-minute walk. So, although this house is not in the centre of London, there is plenty to do nearby.

- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The downstairs bathroom has a separate shower and toilet for added convenience, while the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- The Middlesex University of London if easily accessible by public transport.
- The garden will be a great place to relax during the summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
