Sunny rooms are for rent in a lovely houseshare near the overground in Maryland, London. The property has lots of natural light and a large living room area, where you can enjoy relaxing on the sofas by the TV with housemates. The kitchen is open to the living room and has everything you might need, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, 3 large fridge-freezers, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a dining table. To the back of the kitchen is the large garden, which has 2 large sofas. The downstairs bathroom, which is divided into a separate toilet and shower room, is small but practical and clean. Upstairs, you'll find another full bathroom with a big bathtub and a heated towel rack.

Maryland is a quiet, residential neighbourhood to the northeast of the London city centre. Well-connected by overground, you'll find plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops just minutes from the property.
