There are rooms for rent in this 2-storey, 4-bedroom house in Bow. The property is well decorated, complementing the polished wooden floors and big windows. On the ground floor you have all the main areas: the kitchen and living room. The living room is a big and open space furnished as an entertainment center and dining area. The kitchen has modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and a huge glass door that opens up to the large grassy patio. You have 1 full bathroom upstairs and 1 toilet room downstairs.
The house is located in the Bow area of Tower Hamlets. A residential area with school and small shops, you are well-connected to the city and Queen Mary University by bus, DLR, and underground. Within a 10-minute walk from the house you have all these transportation services, a pharmacy, a grocery store, and Prospect Park.
What we liked the most
- The house receives a lot of natural light with big, elegant windows.
- The large patio in the back is the perfect place to relax or have a BBQ with friends.
- The living room has a large flat-screen TV, which you can use for the included Netflix subscription!
- Bedroom 1 is the only room that has direct access to the patio.
- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and breakfast bar.
- You have a DLR and bus stop 1 minute away, and a tube station just 7 minutes away.

Good contract setting up clearly the tenancy, a reliable deposit protection service and the guaranty offered by the agency registered with a consumer redress scheme. Your housemates will be mostly professionals between 22 and 28 years old from Western Europe and the UK (75%), Canada, New Zealand/Australia (15%), Japan (5%), and the rest: Eastern Europe, South America, Africa and Asia (4%), USA (1%).
Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedback on the friendliness of our house shares. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'. Beddings are not provided, only a mattress protection cover that helps to keep your mattress clean and fresh.
