Spotahome's opinion
This is a very spacious room with a double bed available to rent in this 57 m² flat located on the outskirts of London. It has a skylight window which allows a lot of natural light to enter the room on days that it hopefully isn't raining. The shared kitchen and bathrooms are compact but they have everything you'll need. The living room is cozy with a flat-screen TV and it even has a dining room table and chairs to give you more room to relax and enjoy a nice homemade or take away meal.
The Clapham South and Balham areas are located away from London's city center. You can enjoy both the connectivity to London and the peace and quiet of the outskirts if you choose to make your home here during your stay in England. Two large and beautiful green spaces, Clapham Common Park and Wandsworth Common Park are nearby and great places to take a stroll or go for a run.
What we liked the most
- Room 2 has lots of natural light.
- The flat is compact but spacious and offers plenty of storage space.
- The wooden floors add a nice, classy touch to the property.
- You can enjoy being well-connected to London but also live in a nice, quiet neighborhood.
