This property is beautifully decorated throughout and really well maintained by the landlord, previous and existing tenants. There are 2 bathrooms throughout this property which is ideal for shared living. The living room and kitchen are open plan, spacious and modern, giving you plenty of space to host guests and socialise with flatmates. There is plenty of seating space throughout as well as a TV, making this the perfect space to relax in. Through the kitchen you can access a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which then leads out to a lovely, small garden area with seating which will be great for the summer months.
This property is located on Middle Road in Travelcard Zone 3 London. The property is surrounded by 2 main high streets where you can find all your day to essentials as well as great transport links. Plaistow Park is also only a 5-minute walk from the property so if you ever need to escape the pressures of modern city life, you won't have to go very far at all.

Everyone of good character is welcome to apply and we are pleased to see that mostly it works like magic! We do get a lot of good feedback on the friendliness of our house shares. Simple, easy organisation before, during and after your tenancy. Your cleaning day in the house share is once a month and you must also tidy 'as you go'. Beddings are not provided, only a mattress protection cover that helps to keep your mattress clean and fresh.
