Rooms are available to rent in a 3-bedroom shared house in Thornton Heath, Croydon, London. The property is classically decorated throughout with beautiful wooden floors, white walls and classic furniture, so when you move in, you can really make this place your own. At the time of the photo session, various rooms were unfurnished, however these furnishing will be installed very soon. There is a dining room, which is awaiting furnishing, is large and bright and connects to the kitchen with a beautiful little breakfast bar. Through here, you also have access to a lovely, little back garden which will be great for the summer months. The property also has a study, so although also currently unfurnished, when furnished you will have a lovely additional space to do your work or homework from.

This property is located on Nutfield Road, Croydon in Travelcard Zone 4 London. The property is near Thornton Heath Rail Station, which can take you into central London in under 40 minutes. You are also a 4-minute walk from the Brigstock Road where you will find a variety of supermarkets, outlet stores, banks and shops, so all your day to day essentials are just a short walk away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living room was unfurnished at the time of the photo session, the landlady is going to convert it into a storage room.
  • The dining room was also unfurnished, but the landlady will be adding a dining table and chairs.
  • The kitchen will be soon be fully equipped with plates, cutlery and glasses, but wasn't at the time of the photo session.
