The live-in landlady of this 2-bedroom flat on Cromwell Road, Kensington and Chelsea, is looking for a female tenant to rent an ensuite bedroom. The spacious 104 m² apartment is equipped with central heating and has a kitchen with a dishwasher and a gorgeous living area opening out onto a balcony.
The apartment is located in a lively area with plenty to explore. Kensington Palace and Hyde Park are within walking distance and the Underground station nearby enables easy travel into other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated.
- You can enjoy beautiful views of West London from the balcony.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- The elegant living area receives plenty of natural light.
- The apartment is surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Things to keep in mind
- Tenants are not allowed to access the landlady's bedroom or the study.
- The closets in the corridor are also for the exclusive use of the landlady, but there is plenty of storage in the rentable room.
