Your booking can not end between the 15th of June and the 1st of September or the 25th of October and 7th of January.
Both students and professionals are welcome, but if you earn less than £30,000 per year, you will have to pay 3 month's rent in advance. The first month is paid to Spotahome once you're booking request is confirmed and the next 2 are paid directly to the landlord.
