The kitchen is large and fully equipped and comes with plenty of storage space, ideal place if you like to cook. There is also a large dining room which has plenty of seating space, great for relaxing. The property has a conservatory that looks out on to the backgarden and is the ideal place to relax after university or work. You can access the back garden through the kitchen which will be great during the warm summer months.

The property is located on Arran Road in Catford in Travel Card Zone 3 London. In the surrounding area there are plenty of parks, so when you need to take a break from the pressures of city life, you don't need to go far. Bellingham Rail Station is a 12-minute walk from the property, meaning you are well connected to the rest of London.
