A spacious, yet cosy, and stylishly furnished bedroom is available to rent in a beautiful flat in Kilburn. The room has 2 entrances, 1 of which opens up to a dining room/conservatory where you will find a large dining table and have access to the spacious garden. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and there is a fresh and modern shared bathroom.
The property is located on a friendly and peaceful residential area where you will have lots of great public transport that can take you quickly to central London. There are shops close by as well as some great local pubs and restaurants for you to try.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a warm, homey feel throughout.
- Enjoy barbecues or relaxing afternoons in the garden in the summer!
- The dining room can be directly accessed from the tenants bedroom and you will mostly have this space to yourself.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady often works from home and often uses the living room on these days.
- There are 2 cats living in the property.

Even though she is a DJ, her house is generally not a party house.
